Moving the lens into the interior dining area, the setup is rather rustic with part of the walls in concrete and the 4 Essences from LENU are well emphasize on the wall with sprayed paint while having squares top hanged crate cover alike with track lights mounted. Looks pretty cool ya!
Interior Dining Area |
A bowl of good beef noodle was identified by the 4 essences and LeNu has them greatly emphasize on the wall as well as printed on the serviettes. Soup broth is done based on the authentic taste of braised beef, premium well-marinated beef, their speciality noodles and not forgetting their secret dipping sauce.

The authentic braised beef broth is said to have no MSG added, on top of that it requires 18 hours in making of the braised beef broth using the freshest beef marrow, bones and a variety of high-grade ingredients.
Bowl was large and portion was alright. However, it makes an impression that portion is rather little with food half fill the large bowl. I had rice noodle to go along with my bowl of braised beef brisket noodle. Ipoh size Hor Fun was used here.
Braised Beef Brisket Noodles - $10.90 |
I had also tried their special dipping sauce, it tasted of a mixture of fermented beans and sweet sauce, its good to have a little dab onto the meat, too much of it causes saltiness too.

Garnishing |
They were cooked to softness and especially its tendon, it came in a huge chewy bite.
With broad Noodles |
For those who are seeking for the traditional Taiwanese beef noodles, you will appreciate it as the taste is pretty close to what I had in Taiwan. However, I'm more bias towards the Vietnamese Beef Noodles style, thus this doesnt really float my boat.
